The Mindfulness at Work training is dedicated to better your work life at your workplace.

For this reason, this program is offered to companies who would like to create a healthy work environment for their employees.

Our workplace is for most us where we spend a big chunk of our day, and, more often than not, we regard it as a cause for stress and conflict, that heavily affects our life.

The mindful training is a helpful tool to build stress resilience, become responsive rather than reactive to challenges, and become compassionate to ourselves and co-workers. This, in turn, can make us, as workers, more successful, efficient and fulfilled in our workplace.

At the same time, building up stress resilience is helpful in decreasing the spill-over of work-related stress to our private life, which can be detrimental to a positive family environment.
