Mindful Parenting is for all parents who would like to connect more with their children’s life.
Becoming a parent and raising children is deeply rewarding and nourishing, but at the same time can be very challenging.
Challenges arise whenever the patience and deep listening, that are pivotal in maintaining a supportive and balanced relationship with our children, fall short and leave space to frustration and confusion.
Of all the challenges we face as parents, the ones we can influence the most lie within ourselves. By focusing on behavioural patterns and learning to recognise stress factors in our lives, we can improve our ability to connect with our children and listen to our own and family needs.
The practice of mindfulness helps attend to our children and ourselves with greater awareness and compassion, increasing the appreciation of the moments with our families.
