    Morning Meditation

    A weekly meditation session open to everyone. Each session will offer a different meditation practice, like, for example, body scan, walking meditation, and seated meditation. We meet at 10:15 and practice starts at 10:30. There are some mats, blankets and chairs available in the studio, but feel free to bring your own props. Fee is EUR 7 per session. There is no need for registration.

    Mindful Parenting Workshop

    In this workshop, the practice of Mindfulness and its relevance to modern parenting will be introduced. The workshop includes exercises but no prior Mindfulness experience or knowledge is required. Ideally, after the workshop, not-experienced participants will follow up with an 8-week Mindfulness course.     4-Week Introduction to Mindfulness

    During this four-week course, we’ll discuss, explore and practice mindfulness techniques to help you stay focused on the present moment and become resilient to stress. You will receive handouts plus guided meditations to help support your new practice. Participants are encouraged to practice at home to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation. The course starts on May 2, 2017 and runs every Tuesday, at 19:00-21:30, until May 23, 2017. Registration is required, please send an email to michela@themindfulway.net.
